久違的半馬自主練習,主要是消化昨天跟今天中午鮮五丼吃很多飯的熱量,所以一開始就4:40~4:45/KM慢慢跑,3K之後過公館水岸廣場叉路才開始加速到4:37/KM,過中正橋後再加速到4:35/KM,馬場町到華江都逆風,但我這次主要是消化跑,所以以順著跑為主。折返後變順風,所以順順跑的速度就稍加快到4:26~4:30/KM,只有回到景美河濱有稍微衝一下到4:25/KM。平均步頻186/分,最高192/分,平均心率155/分,最高174/分,但心肌完全沒驟跳跡象。
