這場大雪山馬拉松前21KM,從標高400公尺向上至1400公尺,一路上綿延不絕的山路,令我跑到9公里時就感到喘不過氣來,只好以低速檔慢慢凸上去,只求不要當步兵,很開心的終於上去了而且是有達到目標。後面21KM不敢衝太快,因為開始小小抽筋,只好踩剎車,遇到補給站就歇息吃東西,今天的橘子特別甜,只是吃到太撐了。今天達成兩個目標:小破PB以及全程都是用跑的。
賽前宣言: 上次去大雪山是騎腳踏車,這一次要用跑的,希望可以順利完賽
