今天在興隆大橋練個上下坡,才感覺空氣品質普通,
跑完10K,趕接小孩,中間還停錶吃個晚餐-臭豆腐,吃飽再和小孩走路回家~
跑完感覺膝蓋外側有點不舒服~~
