(98、96、94)*4K漸速跑
一開始遇到fish一起熱身,fish今天課表2.4K*3(96~98),跟我今天預計漸速跑的配速差不多
昨天跑完真的有87分累,今天天真以為可以96、94、92漸速12K,一開跑就知道GG惹,前三圈體感抓狀態99秒...後來第五圈fish加入,想說說好的98~96要跑進去啊,硬是加上去,導致幾乎從頭就很辛苦的在維持配速,沒想到後面還是能硬加上去,但跑完兩腿小腿酸的很有感,之前不曾這樣,覺得好像真的太拼了...要不是越跑越涼爽,早GG惹...下禮拜還是慢慢來好了,選擇輕鬆的路走XD
後面收操結束後遇到小傑剛來跑跑,就陪他熱身跑跑多賺了2K
