人太多太慢出發,直到30K都還在閃人跑
補給有點失望,23K以後才開始有吃的
沿途民眾是都很熱情的啦... 賽前宣言: 海外初馬新體驗....順便家庭旅遊去... 賽後評分: 出發前規定的寄物時間與分區集合時間太長有空檔,變成寄物後在6度C低溫裡,等1.5小時才到9點開賽,凍到無法熱身也無處熱身,等太久開賽後首件事就是找廁所,光排隊就花了七分鐘。 補給沒有想像中的好,23K之前只有水或運動飲料,23K後開始穿插有提供香蕉、橙汁,可叻等...然後到34K才有商店街約200公尺吃的攤位 給 3 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 110~134 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 134~151 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 151~156 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 156~165 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 165~170 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為170 點此去設定最大心率 |
