今天雖然有點冷,但卻是個很適合跑步的天氣,下午3點左右就看到幾位老師在操場跑步了,更難得看到偉大的社長書源老師下來陪跑,我也立馬換裝下來練兵...尤其再過2天就要到宜蘭參加100k超馬,我更應該比他們更積極一些才行...操場101圈練兵結束內心踏實多了,明天再練個100圈,後天休兵一天好好休息好準備應戰,希望此次人生第一次挑戰100k能順利成功.
