早上6點起跑,比昨天晚一小時,果然有差,溫度20度適中,濕度確很高88%,上述其實都還可以克服,前15k狀況都還可以,但敗在進運河到重新橋下,這段無聊的道路,雖然只有短暫的5k多,但總有跑不完的感覺,每次跑三蘆進運河,好像都有這感覺!跑到重新橋下早市,感覺好多了,因為有補給可以吃喝了!最後5k就慢慢跑回起點,結束今天狀況不佳的晨跑
