決定轉回全馬模式,那又要練間歇了,我大概一季練一次吧~不過經過前陣子跑量的累積,感覺這次有輕鬆一點,可能天氣轉涼也有幫助吧。
前幾趟抓不太到節奏和姿勢,感覺不協調,第四趟之後才比較不喘,可是也開始沒力了。每趟都好想放棄回家,可是繼續撐下去也就不知不覺跑完了。
第九趟快跑完時手錶沒電了,最後一趟還是要跑完,只是就跑得沒勁。我果然是很在意數字的人啊~
