原本想說休息了兩天來練LSD,應該可以跑的比較輕鬆;不過,不知道是哪裡出問題,今天跑了10k以後體力就明顯下滑,均速整個掉到7分多(以前沒發生過),事後想想這應該就是身體在發出訊號了,結果最後還是硬撐完21k才休息。一回到家洗完澡後馬上撐不住了,身體整個想吐又想睡,就立刻睡著了。(這次的經驗有讓我嚇到,因為如果在撐下去,可能就直接倒在河濱了)
