| 台北馬拉松大拜拜順利完賽。
今天知道狀況不好保守跑,前後半馬配速差不多,好像不小心破PB幾秒,算是可以交待。
其實練習狀況很慘,先是骨二頭肌拉傷慢跑一個月,好不容易好了九成可以跑速度,練了二星期多又換脛後肌腱炎,在最重要11月份有三分之二沒法跑,然後板橋半馬無法比,上月底還得黴漿菌肺炎但受傷也是練習一部份沒有藉口只能盡力跑好比賽。所以今天能跑這成績算滿意了 賽後評分: 成績查詢要改進,到現在還在當機 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 116~141 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 141~159 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 159~164 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 164~174 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 174~179 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為179 點此去設定最大心率 |
