新北市布蘭登 經過折返點看時間已花費2hr47min時,內心越來越沒信心可以順利完賽,跑到26k看到有收容車,走沒幾公尺停下腳步逆著方向走回去,沿路跑者繼續往終點前進實在有些丟臉,當下真的很想棄賽也就顧不了這麼多,坐在涼亭脫了襪子覺得好舒服,附近有三四個人作陪也不孤單,沒想到隔壁媽媽睡飽突然說有精神了可以繼續跑,右邊阿美族戰士覺得收容車太晚開也離我而去,經過的路人甲妹都建議我跑跑看大不了給機車載走,最後被大阪馬認識的跑友拉起,慢慢跑走回終點平安完賽,其實身體是可以的意志力卻異常薄弱,尤其在這種大熱天氣,謝謝這些跑友鼓勵,幸運撿到這一馬^_^ 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
