嘉義Sean Chiu 賽前目標 放在6小時內完賽
游泳47分鐘 與去年相比 並未差異太大 但這次T1 將近1公里的距離 才跑到轉換區 花了一點時間
而這次單車 2小時47分 進步很多 回程沒遇到逆風 算是相當好騎 不過也幾乎是用全力在騎
最後跑步的部分 轉換的適應也不錯 這次路線安排在無任何遮蔽物的路線
又正逢中午 對於參賽者而言是相當不好跑
第一趟 還能維持5分半速 遇到隆哥一起跑 但到了第二趟 就爆掉 速度掉到7分速 原以為可以跟隆哥一起進終點 最後只能看著隆哥的背影遠去 賽前兩星期都沒跑長程 果然在比賽時就顯現出來 雖然有破個人PB 但也高興不起來 明年在加油吧 不過 值得高興的是帶著剛出生的女兒
