太陽直曬,全身無力,差點沒在時限6小時回來先不講...XD
三重馬我認為是一場適合破PB的賽事!
1.里程數標準,全馬單趟路線10.5K,容易計算。
2.淡水河河岸路線舒服好跑,有別於以往河濱無聊印象。
3.志工大小朋友們熱情,最喜歡最接近起點的補給站一個志工阿伯,道謝總是可以獲得回應太可愛了XD
4.在27K左右謝謝裁判阿莎力的贊助一罐冰台啤,酷熱太陽下沒有比這私人補給更爽的了!

平常有沒有練習總是能很直接的反應在馬拉松上。
日後太陽直曬或是高溫的賽事,真的要多多加強了!
