丫南12小時團練,因明日要上8點的班所以提早起跑,起跑很悶,遇小賢剛下班也來練,一起跑10k壓在6分速,他就先回家了,只好一個人在續跑,25k左腳跟痛,半跑半休息,35k持續性刺痛,原設50k因左腳跟阿里肌刺痛只好掉漆收操!
