太久沒有跑操場,一發現就想來體驗。雖然對高山超馬大概沒什麼幫助,至少避免每天踩堅硬的路面太傷腳。而且都不用管路線,交通,可以脫下眼鏡放空來跑。
可惜今天很累了跑不快,風大也有點辛苦。就慢慢繞了28圈,加上來回路程就有半馬了。本週累積131k,還不錯。
