阿德休息好久了,今天終於要付出練跑,我只好放棄爬山計畫來陪他。其實也沒那麼無奈啦,有他陪速度會比較快,不會太偷懶。我們兩人一狗就在田野巷道間穿梭,還繞去體中看操場。本來以為過年前校園很空,結果田徑隊正賣力的操練,還播搖滾樂提振士氣,真是努力。
先陪阿德到利嘉,再去太平補里程,今天沒準備很充分,大概也跑不遠,目標30k就好,感覺跟準備全馬差不了多少。但是跑完還是覺得很累,大概最近打掃比較辛苦吧。
