沒想到第一個路跑分組獎牌居然是跑超馬拿到的。
一開跑就覺得今天心跳有點偏高,心跳145只能剛好到6分速,所以目標只能放在突破前年參賽的53公里記錄就好,果然6分~7分速心律小於145只維持了15公里,既然心跳控制不住了那至少節奏要維持,所以跑三圈補給一次的節奏不能亂,雖然心跳值越來越高,但是疲累感並沒有太快增加。42公里後名次開始穩定的3圈前進2名,應該是開始有人後繼無力了,我還是6分速穩穩的跑,最後一次補給後還有18分多,算了一下應該可以進帳4圈到81圈,而且不用衝只要順順跑就好,最後在無壓力的狀態下跑完6小時。...成績雖然不算太好但還是比上次進步了2公里,沒想到還能矇到個分5,上台領獎咧。
