《一個人的自主LSD,是突破,也是挫折》
30k是目前跑過最遠的距離,今達標要感謝自己即使不想跑了還是不放棄,倔強的跑下去。原本不曾考慮全馬的我最近開始轉念了,想知道自己能耐到底多少,速度當然是不如其他人,但長距離的耐力呢?好想一探極限到底在哪,但今天30k給我個好大的挫折,人稱全馬撞牆期的30k讓我好害怕,覺得已經很努力跑了,跑得雙腳脹痛肌肉緊繃酸疼,距離卻沒增加多少,終點還是好遠好遠。看來要克服恐懼完成初馬目標還有好長一段路要走
