今天想說跑保守點,同時慢慢提高速度,看阿蓋的反應,所以就跑變速跑,頭尾用5分半來熱身及收操外,5分速2K,配速減10秒跑3K、配速再減10秒跑3K,大腿反應OK,只是左邊的阿蓋還是怪怪的,回家多拉伸好了,不行再去找醫生。
