神岡東南盃,報全馬,跑半馬,今天賽前設定配速4分50秒要很輕鬆,前15公里雖然有維持在4分50秒,但是腳踝累積的乳酸竟然一直沒辦法退掉,而且也沒有很輕鬆,16公里後開始盤算著,今天狀況不好,如果掉出5分速我就要跳車了,17公里後開始掉速,今天設定低標最少要330,既然無法達成,就只有下次了,最後跟著半馬一起跑回來(意志真不堅定),看來今年全馬要破330就不可能了吧
