這次冬山河跑了10幾k右腳大腿靠近骨盆的地方怪怪的,繼續稱道47k復活,以為可以好好的繼續維持定速,沒想到60k又爆掉了,最後撐道105k考慮許久決定放棄。回來思考幾個點
1.起跑前沒暖身(絕對是大問題,我也不知道為啥沒做,明明提早1個多小時就到了)
2.下午騎車過來同樣姿勢ㄍ一ㄥ太久
3.天氣太冷緊繃又沒暖身(重點還是沒暖身阿)
4.前面跟著大家跑太快了(為啥大家一開始都用5分速阿,明明要跑160耶),而且沒暖身
回家查詢清楚,確定是闊筋張膜肌受傷,當天跑步速度掉到時速6,走路剩下3..雖然還有10個小時多可以慢慢晃剩下的60k,但照這狀況沒什麼把握,也不知道後面會不會速度掉更下去,更怕受傷的代償作用,所以只好獻出了我人生第一次的棄賽。週日回來怒走石碇的皇帝殿排乳酸。
