好啦!是我活該,不要再唸我了。
就在10月的時候蜜糖肌隱隱作痛,10月底又偷偷的去報一場很硬的賽事,搞得更嚴重,為了接力賽不要當老鼠屎,決定放掉宜蘭國道(好險放掉,不然我現在應該廢了),當然,接力賽也沒有跑得多好~傷也沒有因為跑個5K就好了!走路的時候屁股超級痛...只剩下兩週只好放給他爛好了,不要練了,就去看看醫生復健到冬山河前,11月跑量55K...說真的那個月真的好輕鬆愉快~整天吃吃喝喝的。
但是該面對的還是要面對。
冬山河100K,總有個目標吧? 有!當然有,只是受傷了,不敢設目標⋯只求全程「跑」完。
我知道今年的南橫,有人覺得我是運氣好才完賽的,當下聽到其實還蠻難過的,所以冬山河我要ㄧ個人自己去完成這場100K。因爲我並不覺得我是運氣好⋯⋯哼哼!
在起跑前自己默默設定50K要在6hr以內完成,最後50K就隨緣了,練不夠就不要期望自己能跑多好,前50K的確在自己設定的範圍內達成,也謝謝peter前30k陪我邊跑邊聊天,在那途中遇見Kelly身體不適,想要放棄,我很狠心的告訴他⋯⋯用走的也要走完~就默默的跑走了⋯哈哈哈哈哈!(拉肚子而已嘛~還能跑呀!他當時應該超難過的吧。不過最後他還是完成了~超感動的XDD )
到了60K....回到LDS的私補區休息ㄧ下繼續趕路,60K後的記憶瞬間遺失了,我腦袋只記得玉芳跟曉雲的豆花、PTT大勇團的私補、還有我的腳踝超痛、膝蓋超痛⋯就這樣不知不覺天色也暗了,直到快到終點我聽到Sen跟丹丹的聲音惹~丹丹騎著腳踏車用那緩慢的音調說:小~貞~加~油 X N次,Sen拿著旗子陪我跑進終點⋯看到隊長站在終點,真的超感動超窩心。
感覺我回家了!嗚~有爸的孩子像個寶。
