一直有個心願,想在低溫下跑場全馬,
今天終於如願以償。
只是賽前太冷,到會場沒馬上寄物,
先去緩跑一下,再寄物時又等了一陣子。
匆忙趕到起跑點,手太冰鞋帶不好綁,
只綁一次,正常都是兩次。
跑2公里鞋帶就掉了,4公里鞋帶又掉,
13公里又保持傳統去做蛋糕。
22公里前上坡,過了折返下坡,
以往在30公里過後開始掉速,
也許因為天氣涼,身體感覺還是很正常。
前面的佳倫跟江江從依稀看見,到就在眼前,
35K配速顯示3:29時,是太累眼花了嗎?
保持訓練,避免受傷,
希望能一直開心的跑下去。
