基本訓練
假日的LSD,本來想要跑2.5小時或是30K的,但是一個人的練跑實在是太孤單了,而且七點過太陽公公出來見人了,實在是有點熱,所以只好休息了
今天全程以心律帶來監控心跳,剛開始還能維持15X左右,跑到14K後心跳開始跳到16X,只好稍稍減速了!!!
