開跑不到1公里就上氣不接下氣,決定脫隊用自己的速度;從一開始就很喘,全程都用嘴巴呼吸🫁不到10K腳底板開始痛,差不多15K之後右小腿的緊繃感讓我感覺快抽筋,覺得快爆表之前會刻意放慢速度,之後再逼自己回到本來的配速
覺得今天表現欠佳無論是距離或是配速
