[19馬-遠東馬]
這場是拿十馬獎的一場
我終於有獎盃了XD
以上是開場白
恩..這一場算是北橫受傷後
ITBS+大腿後側拉傷
復出的一場
好久遠啊~~(遠目)
雖然有經過石碇馬 太平山 五分山
但是都不是自己正常的配速...
所以決定用這場來測試現在的實力如何
一開始人很多就先慢慢跑吧
策略是~
有水站就停...因為今天很熱啊..不抽筋就贏一半了
到了6~7K左右開始散了..
不過還是依照自己預記的5:40~6:00配速前進
過了半馬感覺還不錯
可能是之前跑了兩次30K的LSD
所以半馬還算輕鬆就過了
但是到了後半段
太陽公公出來了~加強大的逆風
讓我有點吃不消
到了33K左右就開始走走跑跑
比預期還要早爆
(原本想是在37左右才會走走停停)
練不夠啊~~~~~
最後以4h30m左右完賽
雖然不太滿意但是尚可接受
希望之後繼續跑下去富邦能破自己的假PB(因為少2K)
這場心得是
1.路線很無聊而且沒有遮蔽物,所以很曬
2.風很大
3.補給很密集很好XD,但是沒有海綿...
4.繼續努力
