高雄品仁 完賽便當,滷大雞腿飯,
自己再加一顆小7茶葉蛋😄 天氣很好跑,可惜31K背痛再犯,間接影響雙腿步頻,力不從心了,放棄430完賽 ,最後3K連走帶跑,平安抵達終點,腰背痛需要好好修整了,希望可以恢復順利。

下場賽事是兩週後高雄馬,2020到2022報名三次,疫情停賽2年,今年第一次參賽成行!
