山路團練。最近發現其實山路訓練跟間歇訓練的效果相同,陡坡時心跳達160下/分以上,緩坡時再調整速度讓心率下降。缺點是無法像操場一樣有準確距離計算時間;優點是山上空氣涵氧量高,景色佳,氣候涼爽。如果怕傷膝蓋,下山可以用走的。
