| 潮州全馬,上次跑全馬已經是3月的高雄馬了,從那次過後,練跑最長的距離沒有超過24km的,想也知道今天是場大硬戰,賽前一晚睡的很差,半夜01:30才入眠,03:30就起床了,才睡2個小時這下完了,起跑就跟著林旻杰一起跑,還好今天他跑的比較保守,勉強還跟的上但心率飆很高都快170了,到了山路真的完全跟不上了,超長上坡跟超長下坡跑到雙大腿都硬了,出了山路超級大太陽跟高溫,35km果然還是抽筋了,路邊蹲下休息幾分鐘,放慢速度慢慢撐到終點,大會名次有點錯誤是總11,分組第2.感謝主讓我平安健康完賽\(^o^)/ 賽前宣言: 不小心報了全馬,盡力就好 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 120~146 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 146~164 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 164~170 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 170~180 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 180~185 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為185 點此去設定最大心率 |
