本來今天想休息明早再跑,但傍晚蠻舒服的,夏天早上的太陽很早出來,跑長距離一定會被曬到,所以決定提早12小時跑。
傍晚的河濱步道超多腳踏車的,也有很多小屁孩歪七扭八地騎腳踏車,對跑者來說很危險,口罩戴緊緊的呼吸不易,跑起來很辛苦,而且昨天早上才跑過半馬,今天還沒完全恢復,所以跑起來蠻累的,尤其是回程,還在關渡大橋附近遇到花花在偷練
