台北馬前一週,最後一次感受半馬體感,整體約六成力體感,16k覺得體能流失,減速補充EnergyIn,與上週相比,今天明顯辛苦,上週游刃有餘的體感,今天少見,可見這配速還不穩定,天氣比上週稍高3度,改變就很大。台北馬走低標配速(p4:45)機率高,但還是希望有機會能破去年的pb~
