| Not my day today!
今天是三重馬,從5月疫情以來,今天終於可以恢復跑馬,但是卻是很慘的一天。一早其實就到會場,先上洗手間,有些微的拉肚子感覺,但本不以為意,覺得好了後就往起跑線走去。一開始本想以較aggressive 的配速試試看…沒想到到10K後,小菊花整個噴發…讓我已經有點虛脫,而且可能早上喝了一罐有氣的提神飲料,一直打嗝都有那個味道,讓我只能放掉,邊跑邊走…再加上今天的太陽不是普通的毒辣,我只能像踉蹌的完成,不過唯一開心的,至少還是完成一馬了! 賽前宣言: 加油 賽後評分: 還好 給 3 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 130~158 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 158~178 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 178~184 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 184~195 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 195~200 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為200 點此去設定最大心率 |
