初超馬,居然選了個越野賽事做為初超馬,原因只因為...想看偶像陳彥博.... (腦袋壞了!!)
這場賽事跑到煎熬、痛苦萬分,好幾度想要任性地蹲在路旁不想跑!! 出紅河谷之後越野鞋太硬讓我腳好痛,換上虎走之後速度沒控制好,開到5分初,可能是因為這樣所以後面撞牆了,怎麼樣都無法把那面牆撞倒,意志崩盤到連平路都跑跑走走...
以為山徑部分都沒了,想不到還有和美山的連續階梯要爬,整個人累到趴在欄杆上大喘氣... 還好出了步道來到河濱後身體很爭氣地再度跑了起來,可是大中午完全沒有遮蔽的河濱讓我的身體熱到發燙,感覺快燒起來了,所以只要遇到有上坡的路段,即便是個緩坡我也不想跑,只怕核心溫度飆高會讓我爆掉
過程中幾度問自己為什麼要來挑戰,好想結束這一切,曾有放棄想改用走路的念頭,只能告訴自己想想完賽後的喜悅與那份成就感,堅持下去吧!!!
撐回到終點後整個人不舒服的連坐著都沒辦法,只能趴或撐著桌子休息,連一旁的參賽者都擔心我了,還好坐了40分鐘並強迫自己吃了些東西後才好轉可以走動..
經歷過這次,深深認為想挑戰這種賽事真的要好好訓練,不然實在太傷身體了!!
