今天中午偷懶跑去好市多採買~所以晚上來補一下~!全副武裝~穿比賽用的裝備~本來出發預計要跑30K的~!結果一出發狀況很好~~不想看錶就不小心越跑越快~~而且遇到有人跟我對象跑我就會不小心加速了起來.....(真是壞習慣啊哈哈~~)後來10K到的時候發現衝太快了就開始減速~~而且左腳膝蓋好像有一點點感覺~~放慢之後繼續維持~~約5:30左右吧~~
到了15K本來想下去湖邊在繞一下~~搞不好要放棄了~~結果沒想到遇到小馬哥跑出來~~他也跑快6K了~~本來也要收工的小馬哥又陪我多繞了兩圈~~而且說他七星山報名了還沒繳錢問我有沒有車子坐哈哈~~多繞了兩圈之後小馬哥10K收工~~我膝蓋好像沒這麼痛了~~又稱了3K之後收工~~ 又殘念啦哈哈~~快點來拉筋~~
