大雨中完食今日課表;除夕又大雨, 還好有威志田徑場共跑, 才能擊退心中想軟爛逃跑的惡魔!
天氣稍涼, 前後多跑了暖身跑和緩和各2K多;在大雨中跑步, 沒起跑前都想躲掉, 一旦跑起來, 身體熱了邊聊天邊跑, 90' jog也是很快能吃完;
