9/18 課題 " 動態熱身+105分鐘輕鬆跑+伸展放鬆 " 今天還是非常的炎熱,晚上微悶但有風算舒適,今天的課題教練有稍作改變,將一週五天以二一二的模式練習,但還是以輕鬆跑或輕快跑為主,今晚的田徑場非常熱鬧,有很多團體前來訓練,今天的列車乘客不多,大家都提前返鄉,但還是非常搭乘的旅客,感謝
