團聚,也是團練!今天一樣不跑快,均速,讓身體習慣長時間的跑步,跟長時間的不喝水,雖然也是有喝,但是沒喝那麼多了,這配速講真的很舒服的配速,但是也很慢,想想跑了這時間,還差大概3~4公里,才有半馬,看來比賽的時候很吃緊了!......今天團練跑了10k後面我再補5k,覺得可以就又繼續跑了,也是跑到大概9點大哥才來,今天就沒跟她一起跑了,跟大哥說我在累積里程,可能要自己跑,大哥說沒關係,大概17k看燈也差不多要關了,大哥也跑完了,我也就停了,因為水在15k時就喝完了,又聊了一下才回家,今天不足21k,但是現在跑完雙腳良好,看明天是否會痠囉!
