不想加班,還是到操場練習內圈。身體好像真的恢復差不多了,前幾圈暖身後就漸漸加快,還到有點喘的程度,幾乎忘了我下週要跑超馬了。其實我是也該練一下速度,雖然不太在意成績,但身體允許時催一下,也會覺得比較有成就感。而且今天持續減量,目標只有42圈,就不必太留體力。跑完還有點意猶未盡,好像又感受到愉悅感了~
最後再跑一圈緩和,然後悠閒在場邊看一姐琳他們穩定的在外道奔馳,覺得人生很美好。
