趁著年假的最後週六, 和遠東慢跑一起團練, 今天路線還蠻硬的, 要一路跑上九彎山頂, 第一次跑這路線 感覺好累啊, 但到山頂那裡視野很棒, 然後再跑下去芎林石壁潭, 在便利商店大家集合補給, 由於我下週就要去高雄馬, 今日就沒跑完全程, 先自行跑回遠東了.
