| 昨天開跑前狀況普通,一直到秀巒都在預定時間之內,不過,我感覺不能再跑坡,雙腳不但沉重,還有強烈的疲勞感,所以到泰崗全用走的,但是真的吃掉我裕度時間的是折返點再延長那來回2.8K,如大家所說,真的變態,花了我快半小時,回程儘可能地跑,就算走也是快走!
這次我就算時間不夠,還是在轉換站換上乾淨的衣服,再一次確定這是必須的!
宇老回終點,拚命的體感快跑,發現速度可以上去,雙腿有力,身體也OK,愈衝愈確定一定可以完賽,內心開始感謝我的心臟、我的腳⋯⋯更謝謝一路帶我完賽的田班長!所以賽道上眼涙就差點出來了!最後300公尺,我們是衝回終點的😊
