今早有安平夜跑團及成大間歇團共同團練(據說是要跑1.6km×20圈),我則獨跑大圈(2.06km×8圈)…本來想慢慢跑就好…但看到這群高手(超過40人)…有肅殺的氣氛…他們大概維持4'50"/km以內的速率…第5km跟跑半圈、第10km就是不想遭其輾過…不自主的加快腳步…
