HS W3-4 22K輕鬆跑
本想比照昨天偷雞摸狗的方式,早上跑晚上跑湊22K交差了事。但是,早上起床覺得好冷,就決定「我。不。想。跑」,然後就龜回床上😴😴😴。
都丟到晚上跑就比較辛苦。剛跑時很輕鬆,跑到後面快掛掉,跑完手錶說要休3天,這是哪門子輕鬆跑?😬
