| 忘了按錶…實際是42.4km…成績:3:48:36(總排:14/683,分組:3/177),又僥倖領了分三獎品(3包米,一箱乖乖)
今天前半段很保守…加上太陽很烈…體力消耗很快…直到24km折返時…才開始加俥…折返時大約總排45左右…沿路刷卡超過25位…超得真爽快…
尤其在倒數4km 時超越昨天的分1(張紹軒…他最後分5)…真開心…
雖然後面大部份是下坡…又加速…回到終點竟沒有抽筋現象…是另一個開心……
