月底總結趕進度,今晚時間較充裕,預定跑一圈蓮池潭,開跑前吃了1根香蕉當晚餐,起跑就以6分半速度來做LSD,近來腳部的疲勞感延續,所以跑起來很沉重,這趟就當是看風景,2K時先去買條髕骨帶當場綁上,過蓮池潭半圈約12K,上個洗手間順便沖個涼水降溫.
16K回到美術館路的小7,吸一包能量果凍補充水分跟能量,之前都會當場灌一瓶運動飲料,結果肚子很脹,剩下的路程很難跑.跑到這裡,均速已經快接近7分速了,狀態不佳,總算回到愛河,完成今晚的21.1K.夏天跑白天全馬的朋友,真是值得鼓勵.
