這次穿新鞋去跑步,還是跑得很辛苦,這到底是什麼鬼天氣啦~~~~~真的不誇張,我熱到覺得腦袋都快燒掉了!
前 6K 跟 Tsai Jen Han 一起跑,已經開始感受到氣溫的快速飆升,後面 22K 真的是意志力的考驗啊!實在不得不屈服於火烤般的溫度,跑一段就得走一段,實在是熱到爆啊!
28K 跑完,我總共喝了 2775 c.c. 的運動飲料跟水,等於每 1K 就要喝 100c.c.。看來下次我得清晨四點就起跑了.......(無誤)
