基礎練習:
因今天主要是和老大去健走,所以不能跑太遠,
老實說是我把五點半的鬧鐘關了,六點多起床,
變成只能去小跑一小時,來趟基礎練習,
同時看阿蓋會痛嗎,還是順順跑,
跑的過程沒什麼痛到,明天如果時間充許,
