9、18、29、39K各一包GEL能量果膠 賽前宣言: 第三次參加 賽後評分: 起跑超多人,花了2分多鐘才過起跑點,3K之後才暢通。但心率一直偏高,只好維持在5:09/km的速度一路到半馬,後半段大約在34K時,隱約又覺得左大腿後側酸麻像抽筋的感覺,只好放慢一點,原本以為有機會跑進340,但這一趟42K下來總共被交管擋了4次,而且一次比一次久,最後38、40K時至少一次都30秒⋯無奈極致啊!再加上今天的速度很少跑進5分速內,最後341收場⋯但至少有進步了! 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 120~146 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 146~165 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 165~171 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 171~181 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 181~186 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為186 點此去設定最大心率 |
