第9馬_老爺盃雙潭馬拉松

這次一開始就與川傑相約一起跑,儘量維持5分速,前半馬算有達成目標!但,因雙潭的路是上上下下的,配速就快快慢慢的,雙腿的肌力也因此大大的消耗了!進入第2圈後,體力慢慢的不支了,川傑也不理我了~~~@@
在39K時,體力已大大的降低了,在40K左右,先左小腿隱隱在抽筋中,最後一個下坡,換右腳抽筋,咬著牙,慢慢的跑回終點!
