晨跑,公里數訓練,預計21公里,高樹馬過後因為上班還有下雨,已經5天沒跑了,今天又開始訓練了,很多天沒跑果然有差,一開始前10K要跑50分內,就覺得狀況不好,心率一直不穩,跑起來感覺很喘呼吸不順,還好後面慢慢感覺回來了,喝水後在跑後面11K,漸入佳境又多跑了1K,今日訓練超標完成。
