8雞大舌決定參加七月份"2014大腳ㄚ盃馬拉松接力賽",總教練把新課表排出來啦!新課表第一天是Yasso 800,來練練看,聽阿賊說啞索強度會比間歇弱一些,怎麼跑完覺的好累,太久沒操自己啦~~哈~~
